a. Participation fee for one accepted paper*:
- Participants** – 230 EUR or 1150 RON
- PhD/Master Students*** - 180 EUR or 900 RON – for student as the first author
- Virtual participants (online presentation) – 120 EUR or 600 RON
- Virtual students (online presentation) *** - 80 EUR or 400 RON – for student as the first author
*) Each additional paper will be charged with 230 EUR or 1150 RON.
**) In case of multiple onsite participants per one paper, each secondary participant will pay a fee of 120 EUR or 600 RON which will cover the lunches and social program.
***) PhD/Master Students must provide evidence of their affiliation, properly endorsed.
b. The fees for on-site & on-line participants:
On-site payment includes:
- full access to the scientific program
- publication in the proceedings, indexing of the proceedings volume in the international recognised database & local souvenir
- two breakfasts, two lunches & coffee brakes
- festive dinner & local social program
On-line payment includes:
- online access to the scientific program
- publication in the proceedings, indexing of the proceedings volume in the international recognised database electronic proceedings volume access
The fees do not include the money transfer fees, which are in the registrant's charge.
A limited number of accommodation places will be provided free by the host institution in the campus, for PhD and master students, based on the chronologically requests sent to Paul Bechet (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). In the email text please specify: (1) Paper ID; (2) Family name and First name; (3) ID CARD number and series and Personal numerical code (CNP); (4) The document proving being a student.
c. Method of Payment
The payment will be made just after the final acceptance of the paper. It is kindly advised to be made the latest before the conference starting. On-site payments are not usually advised.

Upon request, the ICEMS-BIOMED Administrative Office (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) may provide an Invoice, which may be drawn either per person or per institutional entity. Depending on the option, you have to provide the following information via email:
- personal: (1) Paper ID; (2) Family name and First name; (3) Personal numerical code (CNP); (4) Identification document (either Card of Identity or Passport) details.
